When it comes to keeping you informed and up to date, Home Sweet Home leads the way with our SMS text messaging service.  This means that we text you and your chosen parties (Mortgage broker, Banker, Agent) with any reminders or confirmation of dates.

When buying or selling with Home Sweet Home, our focus is to give you the best possible
service for a fair fee.

Our fees for selling a property begin at $495 + gst ($49.50) + outlays of $45 + gst ($4.50).

When buying a property, our fees begin at $595 + gst ($59.50) + outlays + searches.

The cost of searches depends on what shire the property is located in and whether you are buying a house or unit. The search total begins at $200. Unlike many conveyancing services, Home Sweet Home does not have a profit mark up on searches, we will only charge you the price we are charged by government departments.

When buying property there is also a sundries fee capped at $195 + gst ($19.50) which covers photocopying, faxing, postage, phone calls, file hardware, and archiving for 7 years.
